Meet the Providers
Dr. Janie T. Doan, is a board certified pediatrician by the American Board of Pediatrics, and the founder of Cy Fair Pediatrics. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree, double majoring in Biology and Biochemistry from Houston Baptist University. She then continued her education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center- School of Medicine, where she received her Medical Degree, and attended University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston to complete her residency program. Upon completing her pediatric residency, Dr. Doan opened up her own private practice in 2012, where she is committed to giving extraordinary comprehensive health care to her patients.

Dr. Valena C. M. Sellers is board certified pediatrician at Cy Fair Pediatrics. Originally from La Coste, Texas, Dr. Sellers graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Sellers continued her education at the University of Texas Medical Branch- Galveston for medical school, and then went on to complete her residency training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She returned to the great state of Texas in 2017 to join Cy Fair Pediatrics.

Christina Sullivan graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors in Nursing in 2007. She went on to practice as an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 3 years and then worked for 4 years in the Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU in Dallas, Tx. Christina completed her master’s with a degree in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, TX. She has been practicing in the Houston area for 9 years now and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She is married with 3 young children and a labradoodle. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading and fun with the family
