Office Updates

​

First and foremost, thank you to all of our patients who continue to support our office.  We are fully operational and are fully committed to the wellness and safety of all of our patients and patient's families. We have increased our already rigorous cleaning protocols as well as implemented operational protocols to comply with CDC, AAP, and government guidelines.

As one of the many safety measures, all of our healthcare personnel (including our receptionists, medical assistants, and physicians) will be wearing personal protective equipment during all well child checks and sick visits.  

​

We will also need your help to keep everyone safe.  We are asking that our patients do the following: 

​

1. If your child currently has any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been near a person who is under investigation, or has been diagnosed with the coronavirus (COVID-19), please call before coming to the office for appropriate instructions.

 

2. Only one parent (or guardian) and the scheduled patient(s) will be allowed to come to the appointment.

3. Check-in Process. Call to check-in, and remain in your car for further instruction.  Our office doors will remain LOCKED, and staff will escort you from the entrance to your child's exam room. 

​

4. Face coverings are ENCOURAGED for every person entering our medical facility who is 2 years and older. 

​

5. Drs. Janie Doan and Valena Martinez Sellers will not be accepting new or transfer patients until further notice. 

​

6. Newborn/Hospital Discharge Infants (up to one month of age) will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please call our office for information.
