​​How to Schedule Your Telemedicine Visit
To schedule a virtual visit:

Call our office during regular hours to request a telemedicine appointment.

Have the following ready:

Your child’s details (e.g., weight, temperature)

Preferred pharmacy name, phone, and address

Insurance or payment information
-

At appointment time, call our office to check-in. Staff will collect required info and guide you on next steps.

Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled for the virtual visit.

Your physician will join as soon as available. Please allow extra time, as schedules may vary.

Telemedicine Costs & Insurance

Uninsured / Self Pay patients: A $85 payment is required before your visit.

Insured patients: Most Medicaid and commercial plans in Texas cover telemedicine. We will verify benefits and collect any co-pay or deductible before your appointment.

Important Notes

If our team determines your child needs in-office or urgent care, we will cancel the virtual visit and schedule the earliest in-person appointment.

Prescriptions are not guaranteed — they are provided only if medically necessary.

In-office policies apply to all telemedicine visits.

Sometimes, a follow-up in-person visit may be recommended.
