  • Have your information ready to provide to our staff.

    • Your child's information (e.g. current weight and temperature)

    • Preferred pharmacy (telephone number and address)

    • Insurance/payment method

  • At the time of your child's appointment, call our office to check-in and our staff will triage your call.

  • Once our staff has finished collecting your child's information, you may click on your physician’s name below to enter their virtual waiting room:

  • Please be sure to have your camera and microphone enabled.

  • As soon as your physician is available, she will join you on the call. (Please remember to be patient as our physician's schedules are sometimes unpredictable.)

*Note on costs:  For uninsured or cash pay patients, we require a payment of $60 per patient per visit prior to the telemedicine visit.  For insured patients, most Medicaid and commercial insurances cover telemedicine visits in Texas. We will verify your insurance, and collect the necessary co-pay/deductible prior to your scheduled appointment.

* In the event that our staff and physician believe your child's symptoms require in-office or urgent evaluation, we will cancel the telemedicine visit and offer our next available in-office appointment.

* Telemedicine visits do not guarantee that medications will be prescribed. Our physicians will send prescriptions if they deem it essential to treat your child's illness.

* All of CyFair Pediatrics' in-office policies apply to our telemedicine visits.

* Patient may be asked to schedule an in-office follow-up appointment if it is deemed necessary.
